As part of the enhancement of human resources, to manage human capital to the best effect, but also aligning human resources with the company’s strategy, EFFET DIRECT has implemented forward-planning of jobs and skills. Thus, an internal satisfaction survey was sent to all employees which helped target their expectations.
EFFET DIRECT has been ISO 9001 certified since 2004 and carries out satisfaction surveys of its customers. This project is conducted via email and allows anonymous campaigns to be organized leaving customers total freedom in their responses.
